Registration Fees
Registration for Kitakyushu International Exchange Week 2027 (KIEW 2027) provides access to all conferences, symposiums, and academic exchange activities. Registration fees do not include accommodation or meals.

Step 2: Registration
After completing your payment, please fill out the registration form with your personal information, affiliation, contact details, and payment information.
Step 3: Confirmation
The Secretariat will verify your payment and registration information and send your unique registration number (KIEW-XXX) to your registered email address.
Please use this registration number when submitting your abstract or paper.
Important Notes
- All registration fees are in Japanese Yen (JPY).
- Registration fees do not include travel or accommodation expenses.
- February 12 Celebration Dinner: The dinner is not included in the registration fee. An additional fee of JPY 10,000 can be paid either on-site or through our WeChat group. Please contact the Secretariat to join the WeChat group for payment.
